Terms of use
We keep these terms short and simple. By using e-timologio.gr, you accept them.
The service
- E-timologio.gr is a product by 7agents.co. It organizes a business's documents, shares them with its accounting office and, if you connect it, shows data from AADE, such as VAT from myDATA and what you owe the tax office (ΔΟΥ) from myAADE, and your payroll cost from ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
- The service keeps evolving: features may change, be added or be removed.
- We are an independent service, with no connection to AADE or the Ministry of Labour.
Your account
- Keep your password safe and tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
- Only send documents you have the right to share.
- Your documents and data stay yours. We only use them to provide the service to you.
Connecting myDATA and TAXISnet
- If you enter the business's myDATA credentials or TAXISnet login, you authorize us to sign in to AADE with them on the business's behalf.
- Read only: we read what we show you (documents and VAT from myDATA; debts, payment arrangements and refunds from myAADE). We never submit, change or pay anything.
- We use the logins only for these features. For any new use we will ask for your permission first.
- The TAXISnet password is stored encrypted. You can delete your logins at any time from your company settings.
- Only enter logins that belong to your business or that the business gave you.
Connecting ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
- If you enter the business's ΕΡΓΑΝΗ login, you authorize us to sign in to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ with it on the business's behalf.
- Read only: we read the employees' terms of employment (pay, hours, hire date) to work out the monthly payroll cost and the next bonus. We never submit or change anything.
- We process the employees' data on behalf of the business, which is responsible for it. We use it only for this calculation and keep only the totals, never details per employee.
- The ΕΡΓΑΝΗ password is stored encrypted. You can delete it at any time from your company settings or from the payroll card.
- Prefer an ΕΡΓΑΝΗ user for the interoperability services (Υπηρεσίες Διαλειτουργικότητας) only, rather than the employer's e-ΕΦΚΑ login. Only enter logins that belong to your business or that the business gave you.
Accuracy of the data
- Document details are extracted automatically and AADE and ΕΡΓΑΝΗ data is read as it appears at that moment. Any of it may contain errors, be incomplete or be out of date.
- The payroll cost is an estimate from the terms of employment in ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, not a payroll: it doesn't include leave, overtime or allowances.
- We don't give tax, accounting or employment advice. For payments, returns and deadlines, rely on your accountant and the official records of AADE, ΕΡΓΑΝΗ and e-ΕΦΚΑ.
Availability and liability
- The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running correctly and securely, but there may be interruptions. If AADE or ΕΡΓΑΝΗ change their pages or services, some features may stop working for a while.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, nor for fines, surcharges or missed deadlines caused by data we showed.
Ending the service
- You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data at hello@7agents.co.
- We may suspend an account in case of misuse.
Changes and governing law
- If we change anything important in these terms, we will let you know by email.
- These terms are governed by Greek law.
