Data controller

The data controller is 7agents.co. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@7agents.co.

What data we process and why

• Waitlist: if you sign up, we keep your email to contact you about the pilot programme. We do this with your consent.
• Account and business details: your email and password, the business name and tax ID (ΑΦΜ) and, if you enter them, your myDATA credentials. We need them to provide the service we agreed on; without them we can't provide it.
• Documents: the files you send us and the details we extract from them, so we can organize them and you can share them with your accounting office. When you send documents by email, we use the sender address to reply to you. These are also required to provide the service.
• Technical data: information about errors and usage of the app. We process it because we have a legitimate interest in running the service correctly and securely.

Who it is shared with

We don't sell your data. Only the providers we need to run the service process it, on our behalf. Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area; the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, a copy of which you can request at hello@7agents.co. The providers are:

• Cloud infrastructure: Supabase (Germany), Vercel (Germany) and Microsoft Azure (Netherlands, Italy).
• Email: Zoho (EU) and Resend.

How long we keep it

• Account and documents: for as long as you have an account. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Waitlist: until we contact you about the pilot or you ask to be removed.
• Technical data: up to 90 days.

Cookies

• Essential cookies: keep you signed in to the app and don't need consent.
• Analytics cookies: help us count visitors and sessions. We only use them if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Your preferences (theme, language, cookie choice) are stored only on your device.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. For any of these, email us at hello@7agents.co.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Right to object

You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (technical data), on grounds relating to your particular situation, by emailing hello@7agents.co.
