Frequently asked questions
Does e-timologio.gr replace my accountant?
No. Your accountant keeps doing the accounting. e-timologio.gr is the shared place where you send your invoices and they find them.
Are my myDATA and TAXISnet logins safe?
We use them read-only: we don't submit, change or pay anything. The TAXISnet password is stored encrypted and you can delete it at any time.
What if my accountant isn't on e-timologio.gr?
You can use it on your own: invoices, myDATA, VAT and tax office debts all work without an accountant. Whenever you want, we bring your accountant on too.
Is it an AADE service?
No. e-timologio.gr is an independent private service that reads myDATA and myAADE only with your permission.
How much does it cost?
Every feature is included in every plan. You only pay by the number of invoices you send each month. See pricing for businesses.
What happens to my data?
It's stored on infrastructure in the EU and we don't sell it. See the privacy policy and the terms of use.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No, it works alongside it. You keep entering invoices in the software you already use. e-timologio.gr focuses on working with your clients: their invoices reach you organized, and you export them to Excel when you need them.
Do my clients have to learn anything new?
No. They forward emails or snap photos as they do now, just to one fixed address. We set up the accounts for your office and your clients.
What about invoices that aren't in myDATA?
Your client sends them like any other, for example invoices from foreign suppliers or retail receipts. Only invoices transmitted to myDATA can be flagged as missing.
Is it an AADE service?
No. e-timologio.gr is an independent private service that reads myDATA and myAADE only with the business's permission.
