About e-timologio

Why we built it

Communication between a business and its accountant still runs on folders, emails, Viber and WhatsApp. The accounting office chases documents from dozens of clients, each in their own way. The business struggles to remember what it has sent and what it hasn't.

We built e-timologio.gr so this flow becomes one and the same for everyone: the business sends, the accounting office finds.

How it works

• Every business gets its own email address: forward supplier emails there, snap paper documents with your phone, or upload many PDFs at once.
• Date, amounts, tax ID (ΑΦΜ) and line items are extracted automatically and become searchable.
• Documents are matched against what appears in myDATA, so you can see what's missing.
• Business and accounting office see the same organized archive.

Who it's for

For accounting offices: every client sends documents the same way, with instant search by client, supplier, date or amount, and no paper going back and forth.

For businesses: every document in one place, spending by month and supplier, and an archive ready for a tax inspection at any time.

Our principles

• Your data stays in the EU.
• We only process the documents you send us.
• We are an independent service, with no connection to AADE or its timologio app.

E-timologio.gr is a product by 7agents.co. We are in a pilot with accounting offices and businesses, and it is free to use during this phase.
