What we check

We send a read request to the myDATA API (mydatapi.aade.gr), the same API that invoicing software, ERPs and e-invoicing providers use, and measure whether and how fast it responds.

We check reads, not the transmission of documents or the myDATA website. The check is run by e-timologio.gr, independently of AADE.

If myDATA is not working

  • If myDATA works here but not for you, the problem is most likely your connection or your invoicing software.
  • Planned downtime is announced by AADE on aade.gr.
  • If you issue invoices from an ERP or through a provider, myDATA has a dedicated flag (transmissionFailure) for documents transmitted later because of a lost connection. Ask your vendor how they handle it.
